Re: W176 220 CDI in limp mode - no error code detected
Recently attached a plug-in scanner (Autolink Autel AL519) used by my workplace for the vehicles; no saved codes detected. I observed, however, that the MAP sensor reading consistently registered at an ideal 100.0 kPa. It remained stable unlike the other sensors. The MAF sensor registered 7.87 g/s, ...

Re: W176 220 CDI in limp mode - no error code detected

Re: W176 220 CDI in limp mode - no error code detected
This evening, I conducted smoke and vacuum tests at various parts of the vacuum system and am pleased to report that everything is functioning well. Additionally, the air intake system is intact, with no leaks found. I will attempt to replace the boost pressure sensor next. Does anybody know whether...

W176 220 CDI in limp mode - no error code detected
Greetings everyone, I own a 2014 W176 2.1 CDI. I had many troubles since purchasing it, but I am gradually resolving them, having rectified a DPF defect and an exhaust pressure sensor failure. Currently, when I accelerate the vehicle and enhance the boost, it enters limp mode, sometimes even when id...

Re: Replacement of the 2.0 Diesel Fuel Filter in the 2 Series
Indeed, the green component serves as the lock; at the top, gently manipulate the locating tangs outward, then move the clip. It does not need total removal; only push the other component to detach the pipe from the filter output.

Re: Replacement of the 2.0 Diesel Fuel Filter in the 2 Series
The recommended interval is likely between 30,000 and 40,000 kilometers. I typically do interim services followed by substantial services, resulting in changes every other year. The clips may be easily manipulated manually; unfasten and slide the green clip, then depress the other clip and remove th...

Re: Practical Voice Commands for Alexa, Pivi, and Siri
I exclusively utilise CarPlay.
I utilised Pivi once to adjust the temperature, and it functioned effectively; but, it is more convenient to simply flip the knob for temperature adjustments, which are infrequently required, on my 2023 model.

Re: Entirely novel
Thank you, that is beneficial! I am not in a hurry, therefore I have been monitoring the situation. I have not yet determined whether the upper screen containing the climate controls remains functional following the upgrade. It appears to be connected to the head unit in some manner, thus it is impe...

Re: Entirely novel
Thank you, everyone.
I may need to enquire further about the head unit at a later time, but I have additional research to conduct for the moment.
