The battery should have a voltage of 13 volts or more when the engine is operational.

My Proceed is also from 2014, thus I presume it is designed with the same logic; as previously said, they only oscillate left and right beyond walking speed. That will not facilitate airflow; nevertheless, it will not prevent initiation. There must be a significant amount of oil circulating through the turbo for it to be that detrimental. On my last ALFA, it was very clean; I installed a catch tank, and the EGR input was positioned beyond that valve.

Assuming it is the C220 CDI in your sidebar, it does not possess a throttle, similar to other CDI vehicles. Likely not; they did not even deactivate the dashboard lights, and the Engine Management Light remains on.
