I carry a phone, an NFC credit card key as a backup, and a mechanical key, while leaving the huge fob at home.

Before using the EV3, I used my phone as the principal key for my vehicle for 4.5 years without any troubles. Currently intending to do similarly in the future. While it is possible to contemplate the most terrible outcomes in every situation, time is ultimately limited.

I endorse all of the aforementioned. It may be pertinent to note the concerning timing chain difficulties associated with the 5.0L V8 supercharged engine. I have experienced it, as many others have, so consider it for reflection. Not the conclusion of existence.
