Re: Insurance, huh?

After notifying my auto and motorbike insurers of my retirement at the age of 60, I was able to have the commuting coverage removed from both plans and see a decrease in my premiums. Your case is unique, and I don't see why.

Re: the E300de

There has been no diminution in size in the current E Class. In fact, both the current 214 and the prior 213 are larger than any previous E Class. In fact, every iteration of the E has been larger than the last, with the exception of the 212 and the first 213, which were not much different in size. ...

Re: Replacement of the front differential for the F80 335D

Thank you for your response. Having examined the underside of the car earlier, I comprehend your perspective. The differential cannot be removed without first lowering the subframe. I believe I can extract it by lowering one side of the subframe instead of removing it totally. Second-hand differenti...

Replacement of the front differential for the F80 335D

I possess a 2015 335D, and the front differential pinion bearing has malfunctioned. Has anyone undertaken this replacement independently and may offer any advice or recommendations prior to my initiation?

Thank you!

Re: Jaguar Pure teck 2012 Range Rover Evoque

If it were up to me, I'd also finish the service belt simultaneously. It appears that replacing the water pump along with the engine is a common practice for contemporary automobiles. The location and construction likely play a role. The pump used to be on the side of the building, where it was easi...

Re: Express by Hastings

Before I went to France, I discovered that my UK fully comp insurance was only third party in other European countries. I've dealt with Hastings Direct before, so I thought you might find this information useful. Strangely, no one had offered this information before; the policy simply said "ful...

Re: "When I was a boy".........

I frequently like watching "bangers and cash" as they gush over the simplicity of those vintage automobiles. Every so often, a stunning escort or granada will appear on the show at what appears to be a steal compared to the prices of modern cars. I've considered buying one, but then I reme...

Re: A question for all plug-in hybrid electric vehicle owners: what happens when you switch to EV mode?

Things are getting worse for my automobile. So far today, the electric vehicle temperature indicator has been unresponsive, remaining at 1/4 of the scale. It used to rise to slightly below 1/2 every time. While driving slowly in the city, the EV mode keeps turning off by itself. It terminates in a m...
