I have own my Kia for 18 months (since new) and have never seen a terms of service message. I presume it is shown on the infotainment screen, or it ought to be.

I believe you may be accurate; the handbrake was engaging at a high position when I acquired it, but today it successfully held on a steep incline at the second notch, only to revert to a higher position later. The aforementioned occurs and resembles an erratic electrical relay to the whole universe. The situation is more detrimental for rear passengers. The vehicle operates well, however.

The pads appear to have been recently replaced, as seen by the presence of the chamfered edge and the new pad exhibiting wear on the rust lip. Indeed, the green component serves as the lock; at the top, carefully manoeuvre the locating tangs outward and subsequently slide the clip. It does not require total removal; only press the other component to detach the pipe from the filter output.
