Re: The framework
I am happy to hear that everything worked out well for you. There is no "20 year limit" in my opinion, since some members have been denied for autos as early as 2015.

Re: OMG Is anyone aware
Starting with the year when Carl Benz invented the vehicle, MB operates. In 2011, I drove my E320 cabrio to their 125th anniversary party at Tempelhof Airport in Berlin. The event was a huge success, drawing almost 1800 MB automobiles from all over the globe, primarily from Europe. Over the weekend,...

Re: Problem with the R171's steering lock
Occasionally, yes. No issue getting the key out of the locked automobile. Occasionally, it would turn without doing anything, and other times, it would turn completely nonstop.

Re: Problem with the R171's steering lock
Just in case someone else is wondering, I have the answer now. Without locking the electronic steering lock: 1) It is possible to remove it from an SLK R171 without touching or repositioning the column. 2) Find the unit on the driver's side of the column; unhook the battery; remove the kick/knee pan...

The N26/5 Electronic Steering Lock Control module is experiencing a communication problem, which is indicat...

Re: Stress on the serpentine belt 1.25
My brother-in-law was asked to look into Autodata, but no results came back. I will make a note of the adjuster bolt before letting it go a little loose, measure the current deflection, and then tighten it up a little. Even a little squeaking won't do it. Because the weather is so bad right now, I'l...

Stress on the serpentine belt 1.25
1.5-liter engine This vehicle also has air conditioning, and I need to change the serpentine belt (auxiliary, drive). Is there a recommended amount of up-and-down play for tensioning a belt? On the internet, it appears to be equipped with some kind of technological device. I'll make a note of the cu...

It may have been more advantageous to purchase the hybrid variant, but I hope all will turn out satisfactorily with yours.

Re: Heating of the CX-60
Remember, everyone, that various charger boxes can be setup in multiple ways. My device is set to "attempt to charge whenever connected to the vehicle and at any time the vehicle permits after the initial charging period." This issue may be as straightforward as the automobile initiating a...
