Got it taken care of, thanks. It was discovered that the battery was flattened when Kia transmitted a software update over the air.

Better things are coming my way. The overnight dip in the garage is 3%. Next week, when the part arrives, the dealer will replace out the ICCU, which I brought to their attention.
