They clearly state 0W40, however it is MB rated.
Staying with that is my plan.

The fifth-generation Sportage has a new door shape with a flat sill and a flush-fitting door with the bottom. Doubtful that a side step from a fourth-generation Sportage would fit.

You would have to run new electrics since I had no idea Kia performed side stairs with installed lights (or did they?). The lower door sills have a varied form as well.
