The pressure converter and breathing valve were changed last week, and no error codes or powertrain issues have reoccurred since then.

No, my only option would be my phone, which would likely result in it falling into the engine compartment.

I would also note that there is a tiny hesitation during acceleration, however this occurs only when the engine is cold, to my knowledge.
