It appears to be functioning fine even when the button isn't depressed properly, so I doubt I'll bother opening it and re-screwing it. I do not believe the issue is related to wheel alignment, as I have had it performed at my independent mechanic. However, the windscreen does require attention, which may be addressed by Autoglass.
