On the day of Sunday, there was an abrupt occurrence when the display underwent a reboot process, resulting in a seemingly persistent loop where lines form at the conclusion of each cycle.

After doing a comprehensive scan, the obtained code B227D00 indicates that the watchdog function has identified an internal software issue.

Has anybody else had this issue and can provide a solution? The vehicle in question is a 2014 model and is not currently covered by any warranty.

It is possible that temporarily disconnecting the battery and afterwards reconnecting it may not provide a beneficial outcome. However, it may be worth considering this course of action. There have been claims that establishing contact between the positive and negative terminals of a battery may induce a system-wide reboot.

Several months ago, when my screen exhibited visual artifacts like lines, I applied a ten-second press to the power button located on the center console, which successfully initiated the system startup process without any issues. Moreover, it should be noted that the eject button on the CD performs a similar function.
