While driving, a red battery symbol emerged with the message "See owner’s manual." Does this relate to the need of replacing the 12V battery? I would appreciate prompt responses.

Yes, I do. The translated message instructs to go to the owner's handbook.

It's possible that the issue is similar, but because your vehicle is a hybrid, it may not be. Hopefully, someone with the same car has encountered the same problem and can provide insight.

I replaced the 12V battery but saw no difference in the situation. I will either attempt to replace the auxiliary battery myself or choose to have it repaired by the dealer.
I connected an OBDII scanner and retrieved trouble code P2610.

Hello, I have not made any changes to my automobile, yet it continues to display an error and is unable to operate on power. Additionally, I am unable to power it back on until the next day after shutting it off. On my journey to the Mercedes-Benz dealer, my car did not display any problems. The dealer informed me that the hybrid battery may be malfunctioning. I am now unsure of what actions to take, since I am limited to just transporting children with this automobile.
