I own a 2009 Insignia 2.0 with around 75,000 miles. I have experienced the common issue of reduced engine power due to insufficient boost, however I have found that quickly turning the engine off and on again resolves the problem.

Furthermore, I have experienced a situation when the vehicle was stuck in limp mode and required the intervention of a professional shop to reset it. They said that the issue was with the turbo veins being stuck.

Currently, the vehicle is once again operating in limp mode and a persistent notice is shown indicating that the particulate filter is completely filled. Refer to the owner's handbook.

The code is P2453, which indicates a performance issue with the DPF Differential Pressure sensor.

However, the issue persists as the erased content reappears immediately, even after replacing it with a fresh one. A new down pipe has been installed and I have cleaned the diesel particulate filter (DPF), exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve and EGR pipe.

I have an unusual request, but I would much appreciate any assistance!

Have you just installed a new Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF)?
Was diagnostic equipment used to determine the installation of a new Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) in the car?

Thank you for the prompt response.

The diesel particulate filter (DPF) was not replaced with a new one, but rather removed and subjected to a cleaning process.

A dpf re-set and a dpf pressure sensor re-learn are required using a scan tool.

Will this tool be an opcom or vauxcom tool?

Affirmative.
Or a comparable device with the ability to communicate your actions to the automobile.

I obtained Opcom and successfully installed it. However, I had to use the 2014 Vauxcom version in order to access the programming function. After relearning the differential sensor, the vehicle is no longer in limp mode. Thank you, vailer and koicarp. The Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) is now operating at 225% capacity. To address this, I will initiate a regeneration process and monitor its progress. Thank you once again!
