The model of the car is W204 and it was manufactured in 2011.
Occasionally, when I attempt to manually open the trunk, it fails to open. The door may be opened using the remote unlock function on the key. Occasionally, it is acceptable.
Do you have any hints or indications?

Thank you

Is the boot release handle or microswitch malfunctioning?

The alphanumeric code A2047500293

Does this imply that the manual release handle activates a switch and is not completely operated by hand? If such is the case, what is the reason for the functionality of the remote key?

If the connection between the physical press component and microswitch is no longer operating properly, that would explain why the remote is still operational.

Indeed, it is necessary to convert it into binary digits.

It is an inexpensive component available on eBay, therefore it is always worth attempting to get it.

I own a vehicle, namely an estate model, and I find the motorised tailboard feature to be somewhat inconvenient. The issue seems to stem from a conflict between the motor responsible for the remote opening feature and the manual opening mechanism. I have had the issue of the mechanism being jammed in a partially open position, and while attempting to manually shut it, I perceive a strain on the motor's gearing that gives the impression it may get damaged. The issue never resolves itself, but waiting for a few seconds appears to restore it to its original state. However, I consider it to be a design problem.
