I have been doing some detailing, and one of the places that I am having trouble with is a "stain" on the sunvisor (the prior owner most likely peeled off a label, and the adhesive mark is still there).
I've given a few other treatments a go, but none of them worked:
Removes Goo, Gum, and Sticky Stuff with Goo Gone.
Vanish
Eliminator of stains Dr. Beckmann
Cleaner for upholstered items
Do you have any other recommendations, please?
Sincere gratitude
A label is affixed to the sunvisor.

It's likely that the sticker caused the remainder of the color to fade in comparison to what was behind it.

Similar to what was said above, it is most likely not a stain per se but rather the substance surrounding the 'patch' responding to prolonged exposure to UV light.

I took the label from the back of the visor, where it had been attached in the past, and affixed it to the front of the visor instead, where it had been. There is now a "stain" on the reverse side (no problems as it is not generally on display), which indicates that it is from the adhesive and not from UV since this side is never exposed to the sun. Because of this, the "stain" cannot be attributed to sun damage.

I use medical adhesive residue remover since it is a gentle product (if an adhesive residue remover is safe to use on your skin, it is probably not going to do any harm to the material). You might also try using a piece of cloth that has been soaked with WD40 just a little bit.
