Greetings,

We are considering the replacement of the Air Suspension and rear bellows on our E70 vehicle.

I can get a pair of shoes for around £50 on Amazon. Alternatively, allocate three times the sum for a manufacture similar to Arnott. While it is true that you get what you pay for, this is not always true. Can you provide guidance on selecting a high-quality pair of bellows and explain the significant difference between the two?

I installed comparable ones on my e53 4.5 years ago and they are still functioning well.

Contemplating the same course of action. Kindly provide me with an assessment on the quality. Additionally, do inform me of the level of difficulty associated with the task. Appears effortless on YouTube, yet I have previously been captivated by it.

I have a preference for using a garage. The installation took place today, and the left side continues to droop while in a fixed position. The vehicle automatically elevates itself upon starting, and according to my technician, the left ones should be positioned 20mm lower. Another issue has arisen in my situation. Regrettably, it seems to be of little assistance. Best wishes

Additionally. It is now less disruptive when it becomes loud.

Thank you for providing the update. I suppose that the left side is positioned lower to account for the driver's weight.
Has the headlamp level sensor (also known as the ride height sensor) been taken into consideration? They are reasonably priced and seem to be easy to replace. Others in this forum possess a more capacity to provide guidance on this matter than I do.

Indeed. I had not taken it into account. I will do study on it. Thank you.

The position of my automobile is horizontal.
The ride height sensor may be malfunctioning, but, when referring to realoem, it is identified as a headlamp level sensor, in case you are unable to locate it.
As said, they are inexpensive and simple to modify.

Did you ascertain the nature of the issue? Is there a ride height or headlight sensor?
Do you endorse the bellows mentioned above found on Amazon?
Thank you.
