In my observation, it seems that one of the idler wheels, which is positioned on the outside side of the belt, is immobile, resulting in the deformation of the outer surface of the belt. Inspect all of your pulleys and idler wheels, and also verify whether the water pump and other components rotate along the outside surface of the belt.
