Initially, there was a nail embedded in the back tyre, which was subsequently removed and repaired without the need to remove the wheel. However, the next day, many warning lights illuminated on the dashboard, including the handbrake, ABS and airbag lights. Additionally, the device lacks air conditioning and does not provide a readout of fan speed or temperature on the screen. I am now experiencing a state of reduced power, often referred to as limp mode. Additionally, I have observed that my speedometer is non-functional, and my fuel gauge is displaying an increase in readings as I accelerate. Furthermore, I am unable to open my boot, despite pressing the designated button which results in a flashing of lights. Occasionally, the lights may cease flashing and all functions will resume normal operation. The steering is no longer heavy and all functions are operational. The boot can be opened. However, this issue will last for just 20 minutes before all systems return to normal. I have replaced the TPMS sensor as a precautionary measure, in case the problem was caused by a nail. However, the problem still persists.
Assistance would be very appreciated, since the vehicle is no longer covered by warranty and has only been driven for 37,000 kilometres.

Greetings. I have examined the battery, control body module, and electronic control unit (ECU). Additionally, I have replaced the clocks and ensured that all components were properly programmed. However, the issue persists.

Hello, I suggest inspecting the earth bolt of the battery earth strap that connects to the body. Remove and reattach it to ensure a proper and clean earth contact.

The snap-on diagnostic machine is unable to access the system due to a connection issue with the OBD. Another machine was also attempted, but encountered the same problem.

That seems to be a potential gateway or a potential problem. Inspect all fuses since there may be a possibility of a shutdown. In addition, I would want to inquire whether you have damp carpets in the front footwells. It would be very advisable to remove the side trimmings in the footwells at the base of both front "A" posts. This will allow you to disconnect all sockets and examine them for any signs of moisture or corrosion. It is not unusual for this model to have windscreen leaks.
