Is there an engine cut-off switch (security feature) available for the new Sportage GT line?

Greetings, Sportagers

A brand new automobile will be delivered in September, providing a great experience in a green colour. I am now doing research to determine the most effective methods for enhancing the security of my vehicle in order to prevent theft.

Could someone suggest an engine cutoff switch or a comparable device that can be easily activated or deactivated prior to starting and departing?

Thank you.

There are several third-party immobilisers available, such as the Ghost immobiliser.

However, according to several discussions, a tangible device like Stoplock is as efficient.

Indeed, I concur with godisgreat. I personally use the Milenco steering wheel lock, positioning it between the spokes of the steering wheel. The product is of superior quality and has a robust construction, but it is user-friendly without being too burdensome. In addition, this device may be used on any other kind of vehicle.

Hello, I previously used a Stoplock Pro on the steering wheel of my 2022 gen5 Sportage. However, I found it to be excessively heavy and difficult to manage, as well as rather complicated to install correctly. Consequently, I followed the example of @BentleyOwner and switched to the Milenco, which I find far more convenient to use.
