Can someone provide information on the presence of a foot brake sign in the top area of the display when using the Sat Nav?

I believe the issue is unrelated to the footbrake. Yesterday, while using the satellite navigation system in my vehicle, I saw a message for the first time that said 'Coasting', accompanied by an image of a foot positioned over a pedal. It seems that the intention is to get me to take off, save gasoline, and enable the automobile to charge its battery. That is my understanding of its purpose.
Revision: I discovered a previous discussion thread on the topic of 'Predictive Energy Control', which I believe is the subject matter that both you and I have encountered.

I must admit that I have not seen such feature on my 2020 Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) or my 2021 E-Niro.

No, I had not encountered that before, but yesterday we programmed a route on the satellite navigation system and it displayed many times. Merely managed to briefly see it on the first occasion, but get a more thorough observation on the subsequent occasion. The white indication was located at the top of the driver's display.

Centre screen of the driver's console. On my device, the indicator is located at the top of the screen, about where the arrow is pointing.

I have been unable to locate any mention of this topic in the handbook, and the online manual only discusses coasting, which I believe does not really describe the situation in my vehicle.

Indeed, it seems to be the coasting sign. The satellite navigation system is anticipating a decrease in speed and advising you to release pressure on the accelerator pedal. During our first drive home from the dealership, my spouse was behind the wheel while I was busy examining the car's manual.

Our vehicle is a Niro HEV 3 model, and the information is shown on the instrument cluster.
