Disturbing sound emitted as the door is being opened

Has anybody discovered a method to disable the bothersome auditory signal that occurs when the driver's door is opened? Despite the engine being off, the vehicle emits a beeping sound for a duration of 30 seconds when opening the door. I have seen that the function may be disabled using the lower button on the right lever located behind the steering wheel. However, I am wondering if there is a method to permanently remove it?

We need information about the specific make and model of your automobile in order to provide you with accurate advice.
Could you please provide the make and year of your vehicle?

Apologies, but the A5 2011 model is essentially the same as the A4 (8K), A5 (8T), and A6 (4G) models. Identical.

As usual, the software's autocorrection feature proves to be unreliable and causes me to make mistakes.

Regardless, let's return to the question.
Google is an invaluable resource.
The first step was accessing the Comfort System menu, proceeding to the Adaptation section, and selecting Channel 98. The subsequent action required changing the value from 1 to 0 (zero).
Next, go to the Comfort System menu and choose the Coding option. From there, choose the Long Coding option and locate Byte 15.
Enable/verify the status of bit 0 and bit 3. If there are no bits present in byte 15, attempt to input the binary value "01001111" instead.
I saw no data in the 15th byte, and the binary representation was "00000000".
The binary code used by an individual who had a 2015 A4 B8.5 vehicle was "01001111", and I also found it to be effective.
Upon using this binary, the last two digits of my code transitioned from "00" to "4F".
VCDS is a necessary requirement.

I also despise this incessant beeping, which seems to be triggered by the automatic headlights activating. The former owner of my 2011 B8 A4 deactivated the door open alert, nevertheless, if the vehicle is running and the automatic headlights are on, the alert still emits a beep sound. I like to keep the headlights on automatic mode, therefore I have been tolerating the situation until now.

However, it is possible that this noise is caused by your spouse when you get home late, perhaps?
