Recently, I had the radiator and many water pipes fixed on my W205 C63. However, after driving just 3 miles after getting the vehicle back, the coolant light turned on. After removing the cap, I inspected the levels and started the car's ignition. However, after a minute or two, the engine overheated and the coolant overflowed.

Is this maybe an air lock or does it seem to be a head gasket issue? I am unable to locate any online tutorials that provide accurate instructions for the proper bleeding processes involving the two coolant reservoirs. (The liquid is spilling out from the primary container, not the one located in the centre)

Any assistance or recommendations would be much appreciated, as I am now experiencing difficulty in falling asleep.

The obvious inquiry is about the individual or group responsible for the recent task. Furthermore, have you returned or restored the task to them?
It cannot be a coincidence.
Do you own any codes, such as those for the thermostat or water pump?

What is the current temperature shown on the dashboard?
Are there any more indicators, such as steam coming from beneath the hood or the exhaust?
Are the fans operational?

The vehicle has been returned to the garage. The temperature on the dashboard was approximately 50 degrees Celsius, indicating that it did not become excessively hot. There was no steam coming from under the hood, but the outlet/bleed top hose from the coolant reservoir became extremely hot within a few minutes. Additionally, there was a slight metallic noise at idle that intensified with higher engine speeds, possibly originating from the pulley or belt.
We have not yet inspected for codes. However, we attempted to extract the coolant using a vacuum method, but the pressure only reached around 20psi. Typically, vehicles using the same equipment would reach pressures of 25/30psi. However, it successfully maintained the pressure at 20 units, so we proceeded to refill it. However, we are uncertain whether it has been adequately bled

Is the thermostat stuck in the closed position?

A temperature of 50 degrees Celsius is insufficient; it should ideally be approximately 80 degrees Celsius under typical driving conditions and maybe reach 90 degrees Celsius in traffic or on a hot day. Is the thermostat malfunctioning?

Adjust the heater to the maximum temperature, activate the heater fan, and continue to drive the vehicle until it reaches the desired temperature.(It may be necessary to open the windows) Is the heater emitting hot air? Unless you have an air lock, you will not be able to proceed.

Many contemporary sophisticated cooling systems use vacuum bleeding to avoid the formation of airlocks.

What was the rationale for first replacing the radiator and much of the coolant pipe?

It was necessary to use xentry to electrically purge the system, and thereafter, it functioned properly.
