Last week, we purchased a pre-owned, 70-plate M3 with long-range capabilities for my wife. I own a 71-registered M3P.

The app and the vehicle indicate that no updates are available. I own EAP and have subscribed to premium connection.

My wife’s vehicle has complimentary premium connection for its lifetime, but lacks the acceleration boost, Enhanced Autopilot (EAP), and Full Self-Driving (FSD) features.

Why does my account not display the option for a monthly membership for FSD, but hers does? What is the reason hers does not exhibit the capability to upgrade to EAP? It certainly does not possess it. Why does hers not display the acceleration boost option? Once again, I am quite certain that she does not own it.

Likely a kind of teslaism, however it lacks coherence. I would attempt to use FSD for a month; but, I lack the opportunity to purchase it outright, much less to subscribe.

If you were in the US, where EAP has been eliminated, it would clarify the absence of an EAP choice. The reasoning is flawed, since the subscription originates from AP without an EAP alternative, so excluding it. Can you confirm that the account was established with the appropriate home nation?

Acceleration boost has been disabled or not implemented in some countries. A buddy in Switzerland sent their automobile to me to purchase an acceleration boost, since it was unavailable there; it was a local hack he had been informed about and it functioned well. Switzerland, in general, offers a distinct experience, and references are not provided. This implies that the default nation may be incorrect in some aspect.

Thank you, I will have her examine it later to identify any issues. 👍🏻

It seemed improbable; I have a 20 plate, and it was hw3.

Certainly. None of the UK Model 3 vehicles were ever pre-HW3.

I observed this recently. The X and S models we own with EAP formerly had upgrade choices to FSD; however, this option has been removed from the app menu for the X, while it remains available for the S.

Tesla may be suspending sales of some options in certain areas and hardware. For example, in the UK, the current offerings with EAP are limited.

Similarly, I can foresee a scenario in which they may choose to discontinue the increase if it seems likely to create complications for them.

It may, of course, be none of the aforementioned possibilities and only a mistake or oversight. 😂

I have saw improvements vanish from the application before, only to reappear at a later time. I attribute it to an idiosyncrasy of Tesla's systems at that time, which was later rectified.

Communicated this via the app to Tesla today. They responded with, "What is your address?"

I have sent it; let us see the outcome.
