Could you kindly assist me? I am rather perplexed.
Which option is superior?
What distinguishes the Pay Monthly Service Plan priced at £899?
and BMW Service Inclusive for £1002?
The vehicle is an M240i, 8 months old, with 7,000 km driven.

The first monthly plan option is available for vehicles of any age and encompasses both a major and minor service over a duration of three years. Any unused amount from the sale of the automobile remains in your credit. Does not cover brake fluid replacement.
The second option is available only for new vehicles prior to the first service and provides coverage until the vehicle's fifth anniversary or 62,000 miles. Initial major service, followed by a minor service and another major service, as anticipated according to the vehicle's service schedule. This option may remain with the car upon sale, and any unused amount would not be credited to you; however, the terms and restrictions to verify this are not visible. Additionally includes a brake fluid replacement. Oil and micro filter £350, brake fluid £70, oil, micro filter, and spark plugs £636, plus fluid disposal costs.
Neither indicates a coolant replacement, hence it would incur additional costs.
If I intended to retain the vehicle, I would choose option 2 for piece of mind, since it fixes the price, considering the uncertainties of inflation in the coming years.

If I intended to retain the vehicle, or even if I did not, I would do an intermediate oil and filter change between the BMW maintenance.

The first option encompasses many health assessments and states that "Additional Brake Fluid Services" may be added for £46.16.
I am unable to locate any terms and conditions for the second option.
I have found this list on this website. BMW Monthly Payment Service Plan | Dick Lovett
What components are included in a BMW Service Plan?
The Standard Pay Monthly Service Plan from BMW encompasses the expenses for authentic components, labour, and fluids pertaining to these service items:
Oil Microfilter
Air filtration device
Brake fluid
Automobile inspection
Spark plugs for fuel
Diesel fuel filter

The monthly plan is individual to each automobile, and the price is a starting price. It is necessary to provide your vehicle's characteristics, including mileage and other specifications. For my 18-year-old diesel vehicle, two oil changes are quoted; however, brake fluid is not included but may be added for £68, and the MOT is an additional cost. If your spark plugs are not included in the estimate, you will not get them; however, if your vehicle were older, the price may fluctuate, resulting in a greater cost for the installation of the spark plugs.

The inclusion of brake fluid as an additional item seems unnecessary, given it is integral to the CBS, and the vehicle will indicate when servicing is needed.
I would allocate the necessary funds separately and use them for services as needed.
Perform a yearly oil change or a 10,000-mile oil change, irrespective of the recommendations provided by the CBS.

I would do the minimal required maintenance with BMW to preserve my warranty. Option 2, which is suggested for a new vehicle, includes the brake fluid. Option 1 is inadvisable for a new vehicle until after its first servicing.

This is not a criticism of you, CC; I am only using the quotation to illustrate a point.
