How can I prevent the fan from activating at full capacity each time I power it on?

I saw in a different discussion that you mentioned using Auto. Based on my experience, activating Auto will cause the fans to operate at maximum capacity at initiation for an extended duration. I believe that is due to the automatic system attempting to demist and heat all areas uniformly.

I have now disabled Auto and now only use the fan speed, which has resolved the issue.
