I am now refurbishing my brake calipers. I intended to keep the main caliper body linked via the brake line. Nevertheless, the line is somewhat short and offers little maneuverability for cleaning and painting the calipers.
I have resolved to detach them from the brake line.
Could someone kindly provide a link to a useful video or comprehensive instructions on how to detach, reconnect, and bleed the brakes?

Thank you very much.

I apologize in advance, but if you lack the requisite knowledge to do that task, I believe you should refrain from handling them altogether.

I value your perspective. Rest assured, I have a capable pal assisting me. I want to acquire information that enables me to provide assistance rather than be a burden.
Your argument is very valid, as a technician previously conveyed to me. If you are uncertain about your actions, it is acceptable to service the engine, since your vehicle may fail to start. While servicing the brakes, your vehicle may be unable to stop.

To get optimal outcomes, it is advisable to do a pressure bleed, and to attain complete efficacy, ISTA software is required to execute the bleed technique.

The most straightforward approach is the one-man bleed kit. After doing caliper rebuilds on my two 2006 BMWs, the brakes exhibited a mushy and hazardous condition until I had them pressure bled, a cost-effective procedure available at any shop.

You will need the appropriate pressure bleed, since you will lose a significant amount of fluid, including all fluid from the caliper.

I believed I could do manual bleeding, having bled racing car brakes over a hundred times; but, the gas traps in contemporary braking systems equipped with ABS and DSC sometimes cannot be eliminated without applying pressure.

As already said.
However, when I do this task, I secure the rubber flexible hose to prevent the system from draining, and then proceed as shown in the video below.
