I installed a reverse camera, and now the tail lights on my 2001 Camry SXV20R are nonfunctional.

I rebuilt the double DIN head unit and speakers successfully. I commenced wiring the reverse camera and utilised my multimeter to confirm polarity; however, I neglected to note the setting before proceeding to identify the hot wire. The globe malfunctioned, rendering my instrument cluster inoperative. I replaced the necessary fuses, and the instrument cluster functioned again, leading me to believe the issue was resolved. I consulted the wiring diagram for the specific model and identified the hot wire for the tail lights. I proceeded to connect the reverse camera without verifying the functionality of the tail lights. Subsequently, the reverse camera failed to operate, and upon inspecting the tail lights, I discovered that neither was functioning. The wires near the boot hinge remain intact, and I am unable to ascertain what I am overlooking. Kindly assist me.

Have you inspected the fuses for the taillights?
Which camera did you install? Which wire did you utilise for the "reverse signal"?

Indeed, I have removed every fuse from both the engine compartment and the area beneath the steering wheel, which has been quite frustrating. All fuses appear to be intact. I followed advice from a forum regarding the reverse lights and traced the wires to verify the plug for voltage using a multimeter, which confirmed a complete circuit. However, upon inspecting the plug where the bulb is installed, there is no voltage present. I purchased an aftermarket radio from eBay, which included the camera.
