Considering replacing run-flat tires with conventional ones, as I drive approximately 20,000 miles annually. What are the opinions on opting for mid-range versus inexpensive replacements? Any brand suggestions are appreciated; I prefer not to incur substantial expenses for four new tires. Fuel efficiency, ride comfort, and other factors are all considerations. 20-inch wheels

Davanti are satisfactory. I operated them on two of my F10 530d vehicles; they were erratic for the initial few miles, but subsequently performed excellently.

Uncertain whether "cheap" and "20 inches" constitute a compatible combination.

I contacted the second-hand tyre business to enquire about the availability of branded tyres in the specified size, with an A grip grade, with a tread depth above 85%, and not older than four years. The typical invoice amounts to half or less of the new retail price.

To be fair...

I have consistently acquired two sets of Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires for my 20" alloys, never exceeding a cost of £75 per tire.

I would prefer that over fitting ditchfinders for the same cost.

My PS5 appears to be exceptionally durable; I have used it for 17 months, and the tread still appears relatively new, having covered approximately 8,000 miles. I am examining the rear tires, as the front tires outlast the rears by a ratio of 3:1 on my BMW M4 F82.
