When I drive over bumps or uneven roads, my 2009 Nissan Note 1.4 petrol makes a rattling noise.
I have done the following after being informed that it could be due to a variety of factors: I have had new shocks applied.
Upgraded the engine's mounting
inspected the cat (all good), verified that the exhaust was in good working order, and confirmed that the ball and CV joints were in good working order.
The brake callipers are in good condition.<
The rattling sound is reminiscent to what you could hear in the back of a deserted van.
I am really overwhelmed and need some guidance.

Are you sure you examined the exhaust heat shield?
Does it make a noise similar to a tin can vibrating beneath your car when it dies?
Unless you count the time I had that while juggling the clutch and gas pedals on my way out of a nearby parking lot and into traffic.
Oh no, I thought. Ugh, the MOT is almost due.
I think my heat shield is on its way to you because no one said anything about my exhaust, which leads me to believe that it is OK.

Take a look at the heat shield that Boysie recommended up there. Also, make sure to check every crevice and corner of the trunk for any anything that could be rolling around; for example, my current vehicle made a rattling sound—not from a scrote—but from a socket that had fallen into a side "pocket" in the trunk.

Along with the jack and wheel brace, double-check that your spare wheel is securely fastened.
