Take a look at the driver's door handle's underside; there's a groove there that you can use to gently remove the cover (the fit is snug). Remove the cover to access the manual door lock; then, use the key from your key fob to open the door. After entering, if the alarm is on, turn it off by pressing the 12v reset button and then push the fob's stop/start button right away. Good luck to you.

Got it taken care of, thanks. It was discovered that the battery was flattened when Kia transmitted a software update over the air.
