Hi, bought a 2021 Mercedes GLC 300d through Mcerlane Logistics in December. The part I questioned most was the segregated business account because I'd never come across that when buying a car they explained their arrangement and provided the terms before I paid. Mine arrived when expected and I had Mercedes specialist look over it afterwards!

The problem is there are so many fake car/transport websites now that even genuine businesses end up looking suspicious when they use an unfamiliar buying process. I'd personally rather see the car first, but that's just me

Currently on day 2 and still own precisely zero Audi A4s sitting outside my house.

I'll add a less-than-perfect experience. I purchased a 2019 Mitsubishi L200 Barbarian through them a few weeks ago. Car eventually arrived and mechanically it was sound, but there were two scratches on the rear quarter that looked worse in person than they did in the photos
I complained. To their credit, they didn't argue about it. We agreed on some money back towards having the paint sorted locally
So no, mine wasn't absolutely flawless and I wouldn't pretend it was but they dealt with the problem reasonably

That's actually more reassuring to read than another "perfect car, perfect service, 10/10" post.
How a business reacts afterwards tells you more.

Right lads, update...
The imaginary Audi exists.
Arrived yesterday.
Driver rang about half an hour beforehand because our road is fairly tight and he wanted to check where he could unload.
Car looks exactly like the listing from what I can see. Interior is spotless and all the paperwork was together.
Not declaring it perfect yet though.
Mechanic has it tomorrow morning.

Good start. Come back after the mechanic has tried to ruin your weekend

Mechanic has now had his fun.
Everything important checks out. Brakes, suspension, diagnostics, underneath etc all fine. He pointed out the front tyres probably have another year rather than the "loads of life" I'd convinced myself they had, but that's about it.
So yes, I can finally admit the wife was wrong
Very relieved.
