It is likely that the previous rubber bushes, which were worn and aged, were effectively dampening the vibrations. With the installation of the polybushes, the vibrations are now perceptible. However, it is plausible that the vibrations were there even before the replacement of the bushes.

If the wheels havent been balanced (or you may have lost a balance weight etc) then thats a worthwhile check before you go too far. Exchange the positions of the front and rear.

Have you installed fresh bushes on the panhard rod?
