The provision of Mobilo roadside assistance is a standard feature accompanying every dealer service, and its validity extends for a period of up to 12 months after the most recent service date. It might be inferred that the vehicle did not get maintenance from an authorised dealership over the last year.

Wishing you well in resolving the matter. As said before, please provide updates on the progress. I am not familiar with seeing this particular issue on a facelift C200 model. However, it is worth noting that the C350e variant has been reported to have some problems with its drive battery, mostly in previous iterations.

What is the duration of your ownership of the vehicle, and what is the source of its acquisition?

Thank you for providing the update.

The vehicle had maintenance around two months before, however it was not serviced by an authorised dealer. Subsequently, I have gained a more informed perspective on the matter.

However, it would be more appropriate to resume our discussion after the automobile has undergone repairs.
