Indeed, Apple's audio quality is expected to be enhanced on Meridian due to their use of default surround encoding for their files.

Allow the Meridian to determine, since it often has the most effective means of managing a stream. The compendium of decoders is presumably located towards the conclusion of the infotainment manual.

Indeed, we are left with no alternative, amusingly. Meridian has made the decision to not include a passthrough feature under any circumstances. As previously said, the focus is on the comparative quality of audio output from different sources and if Meridian's enhancements result in a noticeably superior auditory experience. Similar to computational photography, we may provide the computer with all the data, and it will generate the result it deems as the most optimal. I cannot identify a definitive and consistent winner, but the evidence suggests that Meridian is the most favourable option. Perception of audio is very subjective.

The auditory experience so far has been rich and immersive, requiring less cognitive processing and more attentive perception.
