As you are aware, they are scarce at the moment. Is it for a Sierra or a Zetec conversion, which supposedly can use a Zetec sump and pick up pipe, as rumoured? It has been about 30 years since I last disassembled a CVH engine. Would other engines be compatible or similar enough to fit? Are you referring to other CVH engines or other Sierra engines? While not necessarily identical, they may be sufficiently similar with minor adjustments to achieve the desired outcome. Additionally, I recommend exploring old automobile breakers or specialised engine builders and suppliers such as Burton or similar establishments. They could have a provider or might guide you towards a suitable option.
