Indeed, it is possible to operate the media centre when the doors are open, allowing for the playback of music or radio. I have recently verified. The ignition was unnecessary for me.

What is the expected duration for my device to automatically turn off, as indicated by the warning message?

Indeed, the device automatically enters a shutdown state after around 10 minutes in order to safeguard the battery. If you choose to power it back on, the subsequent delay will be reduced. However, you previously said that it is not possible to have both the doors open and the media centre functioning, which is incorrect. Yes, it is possible to do so temporarily. However, doing this action several times may be sufficient to prevent my boot from shutting.
