Brake Fluid Level Remains at Minimum Despite Replenishment Efforts

I conversed with the local shop, and they said that the brake fluid would gradually infiltrate the main reservoir owing to a filter or fine mesh. I can use a flathead screwdriver to leverage it. I will not attempt to do this, to be explicit. I will assess the fluid level today to see whether the aforementioned hypothesis is valid. I may need to drive for a period of time.
