Re: Is the seven-year KIA warranty beneficial?

Based on my experience with three Kia vehicles and the information I have gathered from these sites, the 7-year warranty is mostly commendable. I have submitted three warranty claims: notchy steering, rear bush failure, and an oil leak, all of which were fixed or replaced under warranty without dispute. I had been informed of the standard "£150 diagnosis fee" when I scheduled the auto appointment, although I have not incurred any charges. From my perspective, the warranty is effective.
Regrettably, the system is undermined by the inconsistency in attitude and quality among the dealerships. Some dealerships exhibit utter disdain towards their customers, bordering on contempt, which adversely affects Kia and its brand image. Nevertheless, there are sellers that will exceed expectations for their customers; if you encounter one, they are invaluable. Although the dealers operate as franchisees, Kia must devise a method to enhance uniformity.
We, the owners, have a duty regarding our attitude to the dealers. It is futile to get furious and distressed when the merchant cannot fulfill our needs. Maintaining a positive rapport with the service department may provide long-term benefits; yet, it is sometimes necessary to acknowledge that they may not accommodate our desired timelines.
That is only my perspective.
