Likewise, the 'collision avoidance' feature engaged the brakes of my vehicle when another car abruptly entered my lane at a roundabout, even though I had seen the approaching vehicle, adjusted my speed, and positioned my foot over the brake pedal in anticipation. The driver of the vehicle behind me was not too pleased.

I have just finished a lengthier, but analogous voyage. I reside in Southwest Wales, and a good friend who lives in Harwich, Essex, has become unwell. I visited him. The voyage was too lengthy to accomplish in a single day (350 miles), hence the trip was interrupted at Bath. The majority of the route consisted of the M4, M25 northbound, and A12.
I dislike cruise control, whether adaptive or not, and so do not use it. The attention alert indicates that I am not focused within 100 meters of my residence, prompting it to activate. The lane assistance deactivates soon thereafter. I keep the speed warning on, since it aids with my awareness. The blind spot warning functioned flawlessly on both the left and right sides, which is advantageous on a freeway. The Sat Nav functioned well, locating my grandson's parking facility in the heart of Bath. The heads-up display functions well on the freeway. It seems to identify which gantries are equipped with speed cameras and which impose 'average' speed restrictions, displaying this information together with your average speed on the screen. While the almost 30-inch information screen is adequate, I would prefer a portrait orientation. When navigating new roads, one seeks to ascertain the path ahead rather than the surroundings on each side. The Sat Nav seemed to detect delays throughout the route (accessed via the menu in the bottom right), although it never proposed an alternative path.
Regrettably, my buddy passed away, necessitating my return home—a 700-mile round journey.

I have recently undertaken the same trek once again for his burial.
The only inclement weather occurred when I crossed the Severn Bridge returning to Wales. Despite the heavy rainfall on both occasions, the blind spot alert remained unaffected.
In the three years of owning an electric vehicle, I had never used public charging; it proved to be arduous and incurred costs tenfold compared to charging at home.

Understood.
It is time to cease this behaviour and encourage individuals to show respect for others.
