Is your camera the clip-on type? Is the hardwired connection installed in the rear boot area? Mine is the clip-on model that attaches to the side of the front camera. The visibility from the front screen through the cabin to the rear screen exceeded my initial expectations. I anticipated minimal utility upon acquisition, although I was pleasantly pleased by its effectiveness, and there was no cumbersome installation process.

I purchased the standalone back camera, which I previously used with the Blackvue. I disapproved of the clip-on concept, particularly since I frequently have individuals seated behind me.
