I am experiencing a sense of disappointment with my first purchase of a Tesla vehicle. The scheduling of Tesla service appointments is now experiencing significant delays. I am uncertain about whether or not I should operate the vehicle. Could you provide any guidance or recommendations? Does anybody has knowledge on the nature of this object? The vehicle's mileage is below 300 miles.

The auditory disturbance is really unpleasant, prompting me to ascertain its origin in order to effectively resolve the issue.

The problem arose subsequent to the installation of Eibach springs, and after a distance of 4000km, it was seen that the right locking nut for the shock piston rod had become loose. The recommended torque specification for tightening is 20 Newton-meters. However, it is advisable to replace the component while doing spring-related tasks.

It is possible to find information online suggesting that a sluggish bolt, even on different vehicles, may produce the sounds that I am now experiencing. I am contemplating the possibility of independently resolving the issue at hand without resorting to seeking assistance from Tesla's service department, since I have reservations over the receptiveness of their response to my concerns.
Is it possible to do this task without raising the vehicle or dismantling the suspension system?
I express my gratitude for your assistance.
