A few of us plan to spend one or two hours at the Sir Walter Tyrrell pub in the New Forest on September 8th. SO43 7HD.

If you are journeying through the New Forest, exercise caution when traversing the Ford.
The venue is appealing, the weather appears favourable, ample parking is available, and there are lovely vistas of the forest; the food is satisfactory, and the congenial barmaid, despite her lack of teeth, is enjoyable as well.
You are welcome to arrive spontaneously if you have no other engagements.

I will be present. The meteorological predictions are fluctuating each day for the upcoming week.
