After simultaneously undertaking 20 various DIY household projects and constructing a sizable metal shed, I am now poised to begin installing all new components onto my cleaned and safeguarded rear sub.

What is the optimal sequence for reassembling the components from the sub to the knuckle, to avoid obstructions and prevent additional labour?

Every single component is undergoing replacement, including the knuckles. I assume that I cannot fully tighten any control arms, droplinks, etc., until the vehicle is at simulated ride height.

I anticipate that someone will remark 'the contrary of disassembly,' yet I was not preserving any components while I dismantled the sub, and Mr. Grinder was predominantly utilised for everything. 😁

I simply wish to avoid inflicting any undue strain on the bushes or the wheel bearings. The subwoofer remains connected to the vehicle, by the way.

Salutations.

Where are you located, mate? I am currently in the process of a comprehensive overhaul of my wife's Quattro. I am on the verge of installing the new frame with arms tomorrow morning. I will forward you photographs and other materials if you desire.

Ah, splendid choice, my friend; that would be wonderful. I am situated outside Mullingar. Where do you originate from?
