Issues with Android games

I can't find the option to activate Android Play, no matter what I do.I'd be grateful for any suggestions; I've already attempted updating via the Kia website without success.

Which year is your vehicle? Android Auto and Carplay were not available on all 2016 and 2017 Kia models.

This is a fourth-generation KS-2 model from 2017 (September).

Hopefully, a Sorento owner will shed some light on this, but I'm inclined to believe it lacks Android Auto. The program will not add it when updated.
