Yes, I know it's almost due to renew my In Control Remote app. I believe I paid about £60 for a year's worth of subscriptions last year. This year's renewal cost £240, which caught me off guard because it seemed like they were selling Remote and Secure Tracker as a bundle. Secure Tracker is not something I want. It was the same £240 whether I tried it online at InControl or via the Remote app.
To make a long story short, I contacted Land Rover's customer service, and they acknowledged the problem and provided me with a complimentary 12-month subscription to Remote only.

I don't have the tracker; all I have is the remote. I just paid £60 for another two years (after which I might not own the vehicle anymore).

It appears that only some users have encountered the issue with the bundle of the remote and secure tracker, though Land Rover is aware of it.
Also, my secure tracker is up and running, but only until November 2, 2026, a full three weeks from now.
Since there is no cost, I am unable to bring any complaints.

I can relate; I've experienced the same thing twice.

In Belgium, the free trial period is only six months long

Even I had this taken care of in July.
