In order to ensure consistency in color temperature, I will replace both bulbs to ensure that they are both accurately calibrated.
Has anybody have any success using aftermarket light bulbs? By that, I am referring to light bulbs that are not manufactured by companies such as Osram or Bosch, among others.
We would be seeing the same temperature as that of the plant.

I was contemplating the use of the online retail platform, Amazon.co.uk.
Although I already mentioned the manufacturing temperature, I am curious whether increasing the temperature to provide a brighter light will have any impact on the MOT or other factors.

I have installed an aftermarket bus in my BMW X5 without encountering any issues.
I like the 5000k option, although it may be hard to locate. However, the 6000k alternative is also acceptable.

Beyond a temperature of around 4400 Kelvin, the luminosity of bulbs may seem enhanced, however the amount of visible light emitted is really diminished. I would not recommend exceeding a temperature of 6000 Kelvin.

Fortunately, the cost of replacing the bulbs for a matched set is somewhat lower.
I recommend acquiring a set of Osram Nightbreakers for your vehicle.

From my own experience, I have never had a BMW vehicle that has what I would consider to be headlights of satisfactory quality.

Throughout the years, I have had many BMW models equipped with diverse headlamp and bulb configurations, and I concur with your viewpoint. An exemplary vehicle in terms of nocturnal visibility that I have personally experienced was a vintage E class Mercedes equipped with factory high-intensity discharge (HID) headlights.
