Apologies if this question has been already posed. The subject of discussion is the 2017 BMW 530d M Sport model. When the user presses the BC button, no action is seen. However, when the user pulls the indicator stalk as if making a left turn, the display changes to show the mileage on the vehicle and the mileage since the last refill. Pressing the BC button again causes the display to show a red bar indicating the charge level, among other information. Subsequently, with the restoration of the stalk to its standard operational state, I exert pressure onto it, only to discover that it remains non-functional once more. Could you please provide some recommendations or suggestions? Thank you for your response.

It seems that there may be a faulty link present.

I will get it examined. My concern is in the possibility that the issue is not connected to driving, since all other alternatives seem to function well.

It seems to resemble a stalk based on my observation.

Thank you for your response. Additionally, there are two lines shown on the dashboard above the miles per gallon (mpg) and other related information. The dash, positioned between the two primary clocks, serves as a visual indicator. Its purpose is to provide pertinent information. Do you have any ideas?

I am unable to form a mental representation of the concept you are describing. Is it possible that you possess a visual aid, such as an image or diagram, that may assist in clarifying the matter?

Thank you for your response. I will get the item in question tomorrow.
The display is situated on the screen positioned behind the steering wheel.
The central display begins at the lower portion of the screen and ascends, gradually widening as it progresses. The lines on the display undergo color variations in accordance with the available driving mode selections.

I am uncertain about the use of the above items. The only connection I can draw is with the virtual cockpit found in my current Audi vehicle, which is utilized for lane departure warning.

The subject matter pertains to clocks and related items. Please refer to the remarks provided below if you are able to provide guidance. I express my gratitude for your assistance.
This is the user's screen, where the only available means to modify the lower values is by manipulating the indicator stalk towards the left turn direction and pressing the bc button. Consequently, it can be inferred that there is likely a malfunction within this particular area. Are the lines shown on my screen just functional while using cruise control? If not, how should I use these lines? Furthermore, does the presence of a little box under the clock signify the availability of voice functionality? Thank you for your response.
