After doing research on the typical factors affecting the cooling components of the W211 E55, it is advisable to remain vigilant or consider replacing them if they have not been replaced in recent years. I have a few inquiries on this matter, which I have encountered in other places. I would appreciate it if someone could provide assistance. I would want to verify that my comprehension of the subject matter is accurate, and that I am also seeing the operational temperature increasing to 100°C.

1) Which coolant hoses are often replaced?

2) The use of the plug and play Bosch 010 (0392022010) IC pump is a matter of consideration. I get this, but, the graphic displays a value of 058 on them.

3) Given that my vehicle is a 2003 model, I am aware that these particular models are more prone to glycerol contamination when exposed to Valeo radiators. If the issue has not yet occurred, it should not pose a significant problem. Would the Nissens 62796A Radiator be a suitable substitute for preventive measures?

Is there an interval or suggested period for replacing water pumps, or is it necessary to replace them as they get worn out? I anticipate the presence of elevated temperatures, coolant around the waterpump, a non-solid pulley, and a belt screech. Should OEM be the exclusive choice for replacement? I am uncertain about the quality of the Circoli one on ECP.

5) Are there any other cooling equipment on these systems that should be checked or replaced in order to prevent more significant problems?

If there is no loss of coolant, the IC Pump is functioning well, and the water pump is not too loud, then I would not recommend changing anything without a valid reason, since there are no benefits to be gained from doing so.
If the only indication of a possible issue is a marginally elevated coolant temperature, my recommendation would be to replace the thermostat and coolant temperature sender with authentic MB products.
I presume that you own a distinct GB Oil cooler, therefore eliminating any concerns about the Valeo rad difficulties. I am certain that another individual will verify this.

I made all the aforementioned modifications to my 2003 e55k, in addition to upgrading the H/E. The Waterpump and Rad on my 2004 e55k motorcycle.

I was previously unaware of the impact of the valeo problems on the 2003 E55. If you are aware, which W211's were impacted by this?

Excellent. Do you have any suggestions on the manufacturer brands to consider? If you own any references to the items you purchased, it would be advantageous, but it is not a problem if you do not.

Both were classified as 211's.

Upon attempting to use an EIS Rad from ECP, I was cautioned that some top hose flanges may not have sufficient depth to fit the Rad hose of the vehicle.

Both NRF and Nissens are high-quality radiators that should not provide any problems.

I strongly advocate replacing the lower ATF pipes with original equipment (OE) since they are prone to corrosion and may be damaged or leak when reinstalled.

The latest version of the Bosch H/E pump is 010, manufactured by Johnsons.

Once again, the Bosch will be a suitable and high-quality choice.

The Waterpumps are costly and only accessible via MB. Although mine was not technically necessary, I still made the change. However, there is an additional payment for them, therefore MB will demand your previous unit.

The heat exchanger was a significant enhancement for my early 211, since it was operating at around 560 horsepower. Below is a hyperlink.

If I were you, I would not be able to fit into a Circoli stat. In the past, I have used Febi without encountering any issues. At one point, I contemplated Circoli; but, when doing an online search, I encountered a considerable number of unfavourable remarks.

I had previously installed Febi pulleys, which were of excellent quality and resembled the original units.

I had a few noisy pulleys, so I decided to address them before they begin to malfunction.

I have previously installed a Bosch 010 IC pump easily using a straight exchange.
