What gear do I need for gardening?

Even though I haven't completed my current project (a Tamiya MX-5 designed to resemble my previous 1:1 model), I'm already planning the next one!
I would appreciate recommendations for a kit for something that I can use off road, the woods near my home, but given the restrictions, first in my garden. I like building as much as driving.
I used to really appreciate the way stadium trucks, like the RC10T and Schumacher Storm, looked, but they now appear to be extinct. The choices seem to be buggies (either a Tamiya DT-03 or a Schumacher classic Cougar) or monster trucks, which I'm sure my 4-year-old would like since he's so into them, like a Lunchbox or a Blackfoot.
What kind of models are suggested for bashing?

Depending on the circumstances in your back yard, the Lunchbox can be a suitable solution, particularly if your child enjoys it.
You'd be far away if you built a tiny ramp out of ply or whatever.

In our arsenal, we have a lunchbox.
It looks amazing and is a lot of fun to drive, but it can't handle most jumps and will lose to practically anything else when placed on a real garden "track."
However, it's great for us.

You started off with a Schumacher Cougar and then moved on to a Lunchbox, two quite different models. However, the Lunchbox is an outstanding option among those three. It's a fantastic kit to build, and once you get it together, it's goofy and fun to use, and it works very well in smaller gardens.
I would recommend putting the buggies away till a time when you will have the ability to move about freely and where there will be enough room.

After seeing what is currently in stock, I believe it will have to be the lunchbox.
Growing up, I was more interested in trucks and buggies than the Lunchbox, but it looks like the Lunchbox would be perfect. Why is it so prevalent, let's instance, against a Blackfoot?

I just realized that a Lunchbox could be customized to look like my VW Transporter!

An MT modified from a scale truck would make a great rc vehicle for any backyard. Though slow, these vehicles may be terrific technical drivers for navigating garden side board obstacles. The scx10 is the best garden rc I've ever bought. Moves about freely and even pulls itself out of a bush. We're going to turn some empty lots into obstacle courses for the youngsters to compete in this year.
Maybe someday I'll construct an MT out of a scale truck and show those scalers who's boss, haha. All that tagging along. A balloon burst. They are the most entertaining outdoor rc models in my opinion. Despite the size of my backyard, my rcs can easily do a circuit in less than two minutes.
