Vehicle excise duty. With the next election, why don't they reinstate the road tax for all vehicles? You have the financial means to purchase a vintage automobile, but you do not pay road tax since you do not use it often. In addition, there are also these so-called low emissions, among other things. I advocate for the imposition of taxes on those who use the road infrastructure.

However, this approach is unlikely to persuade anybody to vote for any candidate. Everyone is averse to paying more taxes. Starting next year, electric vehicles will be subject to road tax.
